IAT operates on both philosophies.  We know that by helping our customers we will be successful and enjoy a continuous, healthy business relationship with them.  And if we do not help our customers, they may not be able to use our dialers effectively; as a result, they may not see the value in using IAT’s technology.  So by helping its customers become successful, IAT is helping itself become successful.  In a way, IAT is both a priest and a Good Samaritan.

IAT’s help: Get it how you’d like it, when you need it. IAT provides help to its customers in two major ways: first with live technical support and second with embedded online help documents.  The “Help” button in each application (CT Impact, CT Center, Manager Center, Control Center and Agent Access) opens up a help document containing detailed product features, plus some setup and operation procedures.

Need an answer?  Find it quickly. Each online help file gives an overview of the respective application.  The document is organized in books and topics of related information.   Clicking on any of these topics opens the details in the document/detail pane where you can read about the topic you are interested in.

Use the “Contents” tab to scan the major subject groups of the help file or use the “Search” tab to quickly find the desired topic using keywords.  There is also an “Index” tab which you can use to find all the places your desired keyword is used in the document.

When is using IAT’s “Help” beneficial? The help document is a great way to get answers to simple questions quickly.  For example, this document will tell you the purpose of each application screen, and it can help you perform a specific task.  However, if you need troubleshooting help, have specific questions not covered in the online help documents or simply need a second opinion then please call our support team.  They are here to help you.
