Quality Assurance: It’s What I Do

As IAT’s Quality Assurance Engineer, I break things for a living.

Armed with a half-dozen computers, I put IAT’s product releases, new features and updates through the wringer using different operating systems and scenarios. After rigorous testing, I either give the software my stamp of approval or send it back to the programmer for more work.

In addition to testing, I work to ensure IAT’s products benefit our customers.

  • I focus on our clients’ needs.
  • I prepare approved technology for your use.
  • I translate “programmer speak” into English.
  • I rely on your positive (and negative) feedback.

My job is to make sure that our dialing technology is the best in the industry by testing, building, updating, maintaining, communicating and documenting. Watch my video interview to learn more about it!
