Scott and Kent Sorensen—pioneers of computer telephony integration (CTI) and IAT’s founders—designed the first automated telephone contacting system tailored specifically for the collection industry. Founded in 1986, IAT continues to concentrate on improving contacting productivity and collections profitability for the ARM industry.

IAT’s current owners, Randy Cooper and Dave Rudd, were company veterans when they acquired IAT, a Utah-based company, in 2003. They were instrumental in creating the first generation CT Center dialer (released in 2001), which utilized a single Windows®-based operating system and more than doubled the capacity of the original system.

Today, IAT has hundreds of site-premised customers throughout the U.S., Canada and the Bahamas, and a rapidly growing cloud-based clientele.
