Available Positions
Full-time Customer Service Representative.
Individual will support hardware, operating systems and specialized software. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, telephony products and networks are a plus. Must be able to multi-task, handle difficult situations with a positive attitude, work under pressure, follow-up well and explain complex issues to non-technical individuals. Salary is based upon experience. Full-benefits package available.
