Never thought about that before - the dialer picking up activity when inbound slows down. Great idea.

Kent, SmartDial is a great name and a great product and is getting smarter every day. Another reason SmartDial is a smart product is because of the original creators of it, which you are one of them. Thanks for that and thanks for your support.

One of the great things about SmartDial is its name, SmartDial. I'm glad you're using it again. Jeryl I suspect you had something to do with that. SmartDial is smart people who care.

Dialer information is only a small part of the full picture for your organization. There are a number of other account interactions that can occur between your office and a specific account that do not involve the dialer. Letters, inbound calls, payments, judgments, bankruptcy, legal, manual calls to the account, are all additional information that should be considered when determining your strategy on collecting an account. We provide an export file from the dialer side that can be imported into your collection software that allows you to see the full picture of what is happening with an account.

Here here for this subject! Our children don't know about responsible finances. There is too much easy credit and too many "gadgets" to spend our money on. They think cell phones are mandatory, internet access is a human right, cable/satellite TV is normal and totally expected. They don't realize the costs involved with all of this. They haven't grown up with any financial restrictions. They never write checks or balance their checkbooks; they just look on-line to see what their balance is, sometimes too late to catch a deficit. They wonder why they are being charged $35 for overdrawn accounts or for "covering" deficits. When your college age son aks "How do I write a check, Dad", you know there hasn't been any education on proper financial understanding. Let's help our children learn and be responsible financial members of our communities.
