New Feature:
IC Agent – Reduce Debtor Hold Time: IC Agent reduces debtor hold time during transfers to agents by eliminating the need for a “whisper transfer.” Instead, IC Agent sends the collector a screen pop of key information. The agent accepts the call and the debtor is transferred to the agent. The screen pop interacts with the agent’s collection software to retrieve the proper account.
