Like many women, I’m a nosy person. I like to check in on everybody, spy on them if you will. I don’t see it as a bad thing, for the most part. Manager Center can be a useful tool for this “spying.” You can watch your agents, watch your lists, and listen in on your agents’ calls. But first you have to get Manager Center installed.
Where do you get the install file for Manager Center?
For CTImpact (hosted) users you need
to log into the CT Impact website. Once you’re in you
will go to the DOWNLOADS tab and click the “Download” button. It will grab a file called ClientInstall.exe. You will want to tell your browser to “Save” not to “Run”. Be sure to watch where you are saving it!
For CT Center (site-premised) users you can grab the file from the CT Center Server; the dialer itself. It is located in D:\CTCenter\Installs\Clients. The file you are looking for will be called CTCenterClients.exe. You can copy the whole “Clients” folder to a thumb drive or network drive to make it more accessible to your casino online Managers.
How do you install it?
Whether you are a CT Impact or CT Center client, Manager Center is installed by double-clicking on a file and telling it to run. The program installs and you’re ready to go. Well, for a machine running Windows XP, anyway. Sadly, it’s a little harder than that with most computers.
On Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 the file has to be run as an administrator. It’s pretty simple, you just right-click on the file and tell it to “Run as Administrator.” As I mentioned, the program will install if you just double-click, but it won’t install properly. When you try to actually log into Manager Center you will get some errors, it’s no fun.
